Our FREE SHIPPING is made through the U.S. Postal Service or UPS. The orders reach their destination in 2-3 days beginning the day after the ship date. For faster delivery see UPS 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air shown below. Charges for shipping by UPS service are in addition to our FREE SHIPPING.

Our manufacturing and distribution facility is located in San Diego, California. All I.C.E. DOWN products are shipped by UPS or USPS from our facility. FREE SHIPPING orders will be shipped on any business day if it is received before 9:30am Pacific Standard Time. If we receive after 9:30am PST it will be shipped the following business day. Note: to calculate a delivery time you must count from the day after your order is shipped. For example if you choose 3rd Day Select and your order is shipped on a Monday, delivery will be made by the following Thursday.

Next Day Air
UPS guarantees delivery of Next Day Air shipments by 10:30 a.m., 12:00 noon, or the end of the next business day depending on location. This service is not available to all locations.

Next Day Air Saver
UPS guarantees delivery of Next Day Air Saver shipments by the end of the next business day anywhere in the contiguous 48 states.

2nd Day Air
UPS guarantees delivery of 2nd Day Air shipments by the end of the second business day anywhere in the United States and Puerto Rico (some restrictions apply to Alaska).

3 Day Select
UPS guarantees delivery of 3 Day Select shipments by the end of the third business day anywhere in the 48 contiguous states.
